Please keep in mind that the casting schedule is dynamic depending on how many orders we have at any given time. Your order will be shipped in the order it is paid for, and the wait can be anywhere from a few weeks to 3 or 4 months, possibly even longer depending on how many outstanding orders we currently have.
While we like to keep our customers informed of their order's status, due to occasional large volumns of orders it is impossible for us to know exactly when your casting will be ready. Sarah would rather spend her time sculpting new horses than guessing when your order will be ready, so please, don't send emails asking when your order will be ready. We will, however, email you the day he ships out.
Our contract is with the original purchaser only. We will ship directly to you or the painter/prepper of your choice. If you sell your "Mini Nahar" to someone else while you are waiting for your casting, we ask that you ship him to them after receiving him from us.
Rose Studios reserves the right to change the selling format, price, edition size, and any and all other aspects of this resin edition at any time.
